Schedule An Appointment

What do you need to do to schedule an appointment? It's quite easy

Please call us at 316- 283-7187 with your medical provider (usually your physician) phone number and we will call them to see if they give Advanced PT a written referral for physical therapy. Medical providers can be your doctor, chiropractor, podiatrist or naturopath. Please realize that your primary medical provider may want to see you in the office first before they give you a written referral to physical therapy. 

1. If you have an appointment with your medical provider, such as your doctor, chiropractor, podiatrist or naturopath, be sure to ask them for a written referral to physical therapy for your physical therapy problem. You should also ask them to fax a prescription/referral to our office at (316) 283-7189 or if they give you a written prescription/referral for physical therapy, make sure to bring it with you on your first visit.

2. Next, an initial evaluation appointment time at our clinic should be established. Please call (316) 283-7189 or email us and we will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs. All of our clinics have early morning and early evening hours to assist in meeting your schedule.
