Advanced Sports Medicine Progam
Coaches Seminars are directed at area high school and college coaches. A presentation on techniques and exercises that can be implemented into daily practice to help reduce incidence of injury, is presented.
Sports Specific Training available by individual consultation or group sessions
1.High School and College athletes: Focus on performance specific to sport. Maximize strength, power, speed, jumping ability through strength program design, exercise alteration, and plyometric training
2.Middle School and below: Focus more on skill development and injury prevention. Younger athletes are still growing and developing, so an emphasis is placed on agility, footwork, and balance to help prevent injury and speed the acclimation process of their changing bodies.
Gait Analysis
1.Assessments of leg alignment/muscle deterioration.
2.Custom fit orthotics for foot/leg problems including shin splints, plantar fasciitis, knee and hip pain.
